The Drag Q is crafted with a combination of zinc alloy, leather, and soft silicone, giving it a premium and ergonomic feel in the hand. One of its standout features is the synchronized airflow and power adjustment ring, which allows users to easily control both air intake and power output with a single twist. This system automatically matches the wattage to the resistance of the installed coil, ensuring a smooth and consistent vaping experience.
The device uses the ITO-X refillable pod, which has a top-fill design and a capacity of 3.5 mL for regular markets (2 mL in restricted regions). The pod is compatible with Voopoo’s ITO coil series, and the kit typically includes two mesh coils: a 0.5 Ω coil ideal for restricted direct-lung (RDL) vaping, and a 1.0 Ω or 1.2 Ω coil for mouth-to-lung (MTL) use.
On the front of the Drag Q is a gradient LED light bar that shows battery level and real-time power output: green when the battery is above 60%, blue between 25–60%, and red below 25%.
